General Information and Reservations

In order to assure your tour confirmation, you are required to provide the following details

Communication
Any details regarding confirmation and quotation are going to be sent to you via email. These details are going to be answered within 48 hours.
Rates
The rates offered are only available in IDR (Rupiah). You can change your foreign currency at money changers, which are already provided
Payments
We require 10% of the tour cost you have chosen within a month or at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival in Indonesia. It is important that the down payment is made by western union and wire transfer to our account. The remaining cost is to be paid by cash in the very currency IDR (Rupiah) upon your arrival in Indonesia.
Cancellations
If you make cancellation on your tour reservation a week after making the wire transfer for the down payment, the initial down payment that you have sent will be used as the cancellation charge.
Services
The services that we offer include picking up, carriage, porters, and assistance. The series of services is organized by private cars, comprising of various types of cars and equipped with air conditioner, music, and video entertainment.
Sightseeing and Package Tours
All of the tour packages as well as sight-seeing trip include entrance fee, attractions, foods and beverages as displayed in the programs, and transportation by private jeep, cars, motor coach, boat, truck, or even canoe. As you see, we provide all sorts of transportation that you may need, except air transportation. In case you need to have a tour guide with English command, we expect you to inform us in advance.
Hotels
The hotels that we include in the tour charge 21% for tax and services. Any full reservation or reconfirmation details have to be directed to the hotel you have chosen before your arrive in Indonesia for group bookings during regular seasons. If you plan to have the tour during high season, we recommend you to make the reservation 45 days before your arrival. For individual reservations, the reconfirmation has to be sent at least 10 days prior to your arrival during regular or high seasons. If you do not make the required confirmation, you will be able to book a hotel room.

sunriseinbromo.com is an agent specializing in providing private and shared tour. We are fully responsible for our customers’ comfort, safety, and satisfaction. Suggestions and inquiries should be directed to our email or phone number. We also assure that you will be accompanied by our professional guides and drivers. In addition, we also provide extensive kinds of transportation with fine quality and safety. Please notice that we are not responsible for any lost items, damaged property, and physical injuries unless you make initial confirmation before the tour.
