Privacy Policy for sunriseinbromo.com
Updated: 20 October 2026.
Sunrise in Bromo is a travel website operated by PESONA BROMO TOUR. For questions about your information, contact customercare@sunriseinbromo.com.
Tour inquiries and our CRM
When you submit an inquiry, we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, email, WhatsApp number or LINE ID, preferred contact channel, travel date, number of travellers, preferred package, pickup and drop-off locations, and message. We use these details to handle the quotation or travel arrangements you request. The form links to this Privacy Policy; submitting it does not grant permission for advertising measurement or promotional messages.
Your inquiry is stored in the website form system and sent by email to our customer-care team. The website-to-CRM connection also sends the inquiry securely from our website server to our internal CRM at api.pesonabromo.com, for quotations, follow-up and booking administration. A form submission does not make a booking or take payment.
The CRM connection sends customer contact and trip details directly between our servers. It does not send those form fields through Google Tag Manager or Google Analytics. Cookie choices for analytics or advertising do not give us permission to send you marketing emails.
Website operation
Website hosting and security services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, request times and error logs to operate and protect the website.
Cookie and advertising measurement details
We use optional cookies for Analytics and Google/Meta Ads measurement. If you allow Ads measurement, Google may receive ad-click references and booking value/date; Meta may receive page visits, tour views and successful inquiries with cookie/ad-click references. Form contact details are not sent to Meta. Booking data is not used for personalised ads. Rejecting optional cookies does not affect your quotation.
The short cookie banner links to these complete measurement details. Choose Accept to allow optional Analytics and Ads measurement cookies, or Reject to refuse them. You can reopen the cookie preferences button to customise or withdraw your choices. Browsing the website or reading this policy does not count as acceptance.
Cookie choices and inquiry source
Our CookieYes banner lets you accept, reject or customise optional cookies. Analytics and Ads measurement (Google / Meta) are separate choices. The Ads measurement choice is stored in the Advertisement category. You can reopen the cookie preferences to change your choice. Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent you from sending a tour inquiry.
| Cookie | Category | Purpose and duration |
|---|---|---|
| pbt_source_v1 | Analytics | Saves the first and most recent campaign source parameters (UTMs) for up to 30 days from the first saved campaign visit, only with Analytics permission. |
| pbt_ads_v1 | Advertisement | Saves advertising click identifiers (GCLID, GBRAID, WBRAID or FBCLID) for up to 30 days from the first saved click visit, only with Advertisement permission. |
These first-party cookies are used to connect an inquiry with the permitted visit information. An internal page visit does not extend the original 30-day window. Withdrawing a category removes its cookie; the website also checks permission when you submit. An inquiry can still be stored with an unknown source. Information already submitted with an inquiry remains part of that inquiry record.
Campaign parameters and click identifiers are not an official attribution report from Google or Meta. A Facebook click identifier alone does not establish that a visitor came from a paid ad. Do not put personal contact details in campaign links.
WhatsApp inquiry references
When you click a WhatsApp contact button, we add a random inquiry reference to the suggested message. The reference does not contain your contact details or advertising click identifiers. You can edit the message before sending it. Opening WhatsApp does not tell us that you sent a message and does not create a CRM lead.
Our website registers the reference with our internal CRM. Campaign source information is attached only when Analytics cookies are allowed, and advertising click information only when Advertisement cookies are allowed. Without those choices, you can still contact us and the source may remain unknown. This feature does not add a new browser cookie.
If we receive your message with the reference, our team can check the code and sender against your inquiry and match it in the CRM within 30 days. A code is a record of a website visit, not proof of a paid-ad conversion. Accepting cookies or sending us a WhatsApp message does not give permission to upload booking data to Google. A matched reference becomes part of the inquiry record; contact customer care for questions or deletion requests.
Google measurement and external services
This website uses Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads tags. Google Analytics measures website activity and inquiry or contact events when Analytics permission is given. Advertising cookies require the Advertisement choice. Google’s Consent Mode controls tag behaviour when permission is denied. Cookie details and durations are shown in the preference panel and can be limited by your browser.
Optional measurement of bookings from Google Ads
Our CookieYes banner offers an optional Ads measurement (Google / Meta) choice. The notice explains that allowing this choice permits us to associate an inquiry with its permitted ad-click reference and to share that reference, booking value, currency and booking/deposit date with Google to measure results. Booking data is not used for personalised ads. Select Accept, or reopen cookie preferences, enable Ads measurement (Google / Meta), and save your preferences, to allow it. Optional choices start off; rejecting them does not affect quotations or bookings. Reading this policy, submitting an inquiry, or an advertising-cookie choice saved before this notice does not provide a new measurement permission.
When this feature is enabled, an eligible booking that reaches its verified deposit may be measured using the permitted Google click reference, a pseudonymous booking reference, the total booked tour price, currency and the time of the qualifying payment. The total booking price represents the booked sale, not the deposit received or our profit. This CRM measurement does not send your name, email, phone, WhatsApp number, messages or payment documents to Google. It does not authorise personalised ads or promotional messages.
After an explicit choice under the current notice, a first-party cookie named pbt_measurement_v1 records the notice version, notice hash and choice time for up to 30 days. It contains no name, email or WhatsApp number. When an inquiry is submitted, the permitted choice is automatically recorded with that inquiry and checked again before any CRM upload. Rejecting the category removes this cookie and stops permission from being carried into future inquiries. To withdraw permission for an inquiry already submitted, contact customercare@sunriseinbromo.com so our team can record the withdrawal in the CRM. Google offline conversion delivery is currently paused. Meta browser measurement is described below; Meta Conversions API delivery is not enabled.
You may withdraw this measurement permission by contacting customercare@sunriseinbromo.com and identifying your inquiry or booking. We record the withdrawal to stop future CRM uploads. Changing cookie preferences stops further collection in that browser; to withdraw permission linked to an inquiry already submitted, please contact our team. We keep the consent history so we can respect and explain your choices.
If you choose to contact us through WhatsApp, LINE or another external service, that service processes your information under its own privacy policy. Google information is available at Google’s Privacy Policy.
Optional Meta browser measurement
We use the Meta Pixel named Niche wisata asing only after you allow Ads measurement under our current Google/Meta notice. A permission saved under the earlier Google-only notice does not enable Meta. Rejecting optional cookies does not affect your inquiry or quotation.
With permission, Meta may receive page visits (PageView), tour-page views (ViewContent), and a successful inquiry (Lead) after our form confirms that it was stored. A click on the submit button alone is not a Lead. A random event reference helps prevent duplicate events; it contains no contact details. We do not send the form’s name, email, WhatsApp number, travel details or message to the Pixel, and automatic advanced matching and automatic event detection are disabled. Meta’s browser connection may process the page URL, IP address, browser information, cookie identifiers and ad-click references.
The first-party pbt_measurement_v1 cookie records the current notice version and choice time for up to 30 days. The pbt_meta_attempt_v1 cookie holds a random inquiry event reference for up to 10 minutes. Meta may set _fbp and _fbc identifiers after permission; their availability and lifetime depend on Meta and your browser. You can see the cookie list and change your choice using the cookie preferences button.
Withdrawing Ads measurement permission stops further Pixel events in that browser and removes the Meta identifier cookies that our site can remove. It does not automatically erase information Meta has already received. Contact customercare@sunriseinbromo.com for questions or a withdrawal linked to a submitted inquiry. Meta Conversions API is not enabled, and our CRM does not send Meta booking or payment events. Learn more in Meta’s Privacy Policy.
Children’s Information
We believe it is important to provide added protection for children online. We encourage parents and guardians to spend time online with their children to observe, participate in and/or monitor and guide their online activity.
sunriseinbromo.com does not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian believes that sunriseinbromo.com has in its database the personally-identifiable information of a child under the age of 13, please contact us immediately (using the contact in the first paragraph) and we will use our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.
Records and requests
We use inquiry records for responding to requests, quotations, follow-up and booking administration. This CRM connection does not automatically delete inquiry records on a fixed schedule. Contact our customer-care team to request access, correction or deletion of your information; any information that must be retained for an existing booking or applicable obligations will be reviewed with you.
You can control optional cookies through the preference panel or your browser. This policy describes the website and the inquiry connection above. Changes will be published on this page.
