Savana Hill and Whispering Sand Mount Bromo

Almost all tourists visit Savana Hill and Whispering Sand mount Bromo after they enjoy sunrise in the high peak of Mount Bromo and see the crater. Actually, people give another name to this Savana Bromo. They call it Bukti Teletubis. Meanwhile, Whispering Sands is near to Mount Ider – Ider. In Indonesia, Whispering Sands is Pasir Berisik. It is a place where you can see lush of green grass and massive sand desert. The desert is surrounded by the mountain.

It is called Savana Mount Bromo since the view if full of green grass. There is Benggala grass, Sawi Langit or what so called Vernonia, Vaccinium Varingaefolium, Akasia, Kemlandingan, and many others. Sometimes, this is chosen as a place to take pre wedding photography, film shooting, and selfie.

Whispering Sand Mount Bromo
From the name, it sound weird. Actually, it is a massive smooth sand. It is called Whispering since this sand is able to create sound or voice. You can try to say a word and hear the whispering.
It would be better if you visit Savana Hill and Whispering Sand Bromo at morning. You can go there by trekking or driving Jeep 4WD. If you still have time, you can take a trip to Madakaripura Waterfall. It only takes an hour by car from your hotel.
